I Love Leftovers

All celebrate! When human’s festive feasts are over, little uninvited guests, serve themselves a small portion of leftovers. And, they wish you, from the bottom of their full bellies, HAPPY WISHES.

I used Artrage and, the wax Pastel tool to create this image. I worked it as if I would have with tradition media, the waxy kind of colored pencils. I colored the first layer with the base colors with a large wax pastel brush. On a second layer I worked as if I would had a sharpened colored pencil in my hand to draw the fur, pencil stroke after pencil stroke. I wanted to achieve the colored pencil nature look, so I used a limited color palette from yotex’s Prismacolor pencil 132 set colors from here: forums.artrage.com/showthread.…

For the canvas texture, I used the Juz Sketchbook paper slightly tinted from the Traditional Media Surfaces pack for Artrage from here: forums.artrage.com/showthread.…
